Your membership number consists of the letter 'C' plus six numbers. i.e. C123456. Use your membership number for your initial User name.
Use your family name as your initial Password. Both the User name and Password are case-sensitive. Use an uppercase C at the beginning of your member number for your User name and the first letter of your family name should also be in uppercase.
